Job overview
Following the internal promotion of our current Head of School, we are looking to appoint an exceptional teacher, eager to take on the role of Head of School in a small village Primary School (nor 100).
We are looking for a teacher who:
• is an excellent teacher, with a successful track record of KS1 teaching, assessment and outcomes;
• has the enthusiasm and skills to lead and develop staff across our Federation of Schools;
• has high expectations for pupil’s behaviour, communicates well with families and is committed to developing pupil’s wellbeing and resilience.
