Are you an aspiring CEO?

We are building  senior capacity in our central team to maintain our talent pipeline. The successful candidate/s will learn how a thriving MAT is run from leaders who have built the Griffin Schools Trust to a family of 13 schools in seven different LA areas with all the associated infrastructure for school improvement, compliance and governance. The Trust is based at the Talent Factory, 4-14 Barmeston Road, Catford, London, SE6 3BH.

You will need:

  • a great track record as a secondary Head
  • Success as a school improver at scale, preferably gained in a MAT
  • A natural ability to work with our family of Heads as peers and key stakeholders
  • Knowledge and understanding of corporate governance and the regulatory framework of the academy programme
  • Some experience and a good sense of what’s needed to operate in a highly political environment.

We are looking for a Head of School Improvement and/or Chief Operating Officer who can join us to drive the Trust’s ambitious agenda for its second decade. 

Our salaries are pegged to the STRB leadership scales because we believe in maximum resources reaching children.
