This is a very significant leadership role on the road to Headship.

Our school has two successive ‘Outstanding’ ratings from Ofsted and we are committed to do even better.

We are seeking ambition, specialist experience/expertise and enthusiasm. The job has a high 'in school' profile that requires combining strategy and management with a high level of daily 'walking the talk' visibility with staff and parents/carers.

Responsible for the direct operational leadership and management of Teaching & Learning resources  and delivery, Safeguarding and a focus on maintaining and developing the quality of provision and progress through detailed continuous evaluation and QA.
