Bright Futures Educational Trust is a highly collaborative organisation made up of twelve schools, based in the North West.  We have an important and exciting opportunity for a Head of School at our South Shore Academy in Blackpool.

The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership and management. They will lead on progress, participation and achievement for all, developing an environment where people are valued. They will be supported in maintaining good financial viability and will work with a very effective local governing body.

We are looking for candidates who will be ready to take on more responsibility having already performed successfully as part of a senior leadership team. They will use collaborative approaches to strive for excellence in both their own professional development and for high quality provision for all of our students. Community, integrity and passion will underpin everything that they do.

Salary: £76,515 to £82,344 per annum - Teachers’ Pension Scheme
