We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, experienced leader with strong management and leadership skills who will continue to develop our school on our journey to outstanding. The successful applicant will lead and inspire staff and children to achieve the highest standards within a supportive school environment; possess an excellent knowledge of teaching and learning pedagogy and the demands of the curriculum; have an ability to continue to drive improvements in teaching and learning across the school; can promote the Christian ethos and school values and have excellent communication skills.
