East Bergholt High School is seeking to appoint a new dynamic Head of School to build on strong results and to continue to move the academy forward.

The successful candidate will have the leadership qualities to inspire and encourage staff and students to achieve their very best. You will have an innovative, inclusive approach to leadership and work closely with Sarah Skinner the Executive Headteacher and CEO.

East Bergholt High School was one of the founding three schools that created the South Suffolk Learning Trust, a multi academy Trust built on strong collaborative working.  The Trust is currently made up of four High Schools and one Primary School.
