Truro Learning Academy requires a Head of School with clear school improvement understanding and previous senior leadership experience. You will have considerable knowledge and practical experience and:

• bring a positive approach and communicate this effectively to motivate and energise staff and children
• be adept at using data to identify focus for improvement at every phase
• shape and develop a relevant, challenging and creative curriculum
• always lead by example; be confident in managing the performance of others and leading staff training
