Head of School

The Trust and Local Governing Body are seeking to appoint an outstanding leader to be our next Head of School.

Part of Tudor Grange Academies Trust, Tudor Grange Primary Academy Haselor is committed to delivering the highest quality educational experience for all our pupils (currently 65 on roll).  Situated on the outskirts of Alcester, Warwickshire our provision extends from Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery) to Year 6 and is organised into four mixed age classes.

We are committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning in our academy to enable our pupils to flourish in all aspects of their lives. During our most recent OFSTED inspection in December 2016 the Academy secured a judgement of ‘good’.

The school facilities have been extended and improved over recent years which when considered with the idyllic rural location and generous playing fields enables the academy to offer pupils the very best environment in which to grow and thrive during their primary school education.

The Academy now requires a leader to drive forward continued improvement.  The successful applicant will be an exceptional person with inspirational leadership skills and the expertise to manage and lead the Academy’s future development.

There will be a teaching commitment attached to this post of up to 0.2 FTE.

Tudor Grange Primary Academy Haselor is a member of the Warwickshire ‘Hub’ of MAT schools and this structure provides school leaders with a range of opportunities for collaborative working both within and beyond the Trust, supporting career development.

Safeguarding and welfare of children and young people with all staff partnering in this commitment is at the core of the Trust.  The successful applicant will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check in line with the government’s safer recruitment guidelines.
