Are you a passionate teaching professional looking for an opportunity to take on leadership of three primary schools?

At the Diocese of Bristol Academies Trust (DBAT), we are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader to lead three popular village primary schools.  

The position of Head of Schools will lead the three Vine Schools; Christian Malford Church of England Primary School, Seagry Church of England Primary School and Somerfords’ Walter Powell Church of England Academy, all smaller than average sized schools based in the Chippenham area of Wiltshire.

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, values-driven leader to work across the three schools, who is passionate about continuing to propel and shape a supportive and stimulating environment where pupils and staff alike can really grow and flourish.

You will be:

• Passionate about providing the best for every child
• Committed to the lived Christian mission, vision and values of the Trust and our Academies
• A dynamic and creative practitioner and pedagogue to develop and embed the vision for the learning campus
• An authentic leader of teaching and learning with a passion for learning across all primary school phases
• An exceptional coach and leader, who will collaboratively engage staff as the team grows and develops
