In our quest to drive up standards, the Business Academy, Bexley is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and Head of Science who has a commitment to raise standards and attainment.
You will be joining The Academy at a time of rapid and sustained improvement. We encourage all our employees to take part in the wider Academy community so if you have recreational or sporting interests you will be encouraged to make a significant contribution.
Situated within easy walking distance of Abbey Wood station (30 minutes from Central London) and part of the soon to be completed cross rail project we also have free parking and allocated parking spaces for staff who choose to drive.

About The Business Academy Bexley
The Garrard Academy, formerly known as the Business Academy Bexley, is to join the Harris Federation from September 2017. Its new name will be the Harris Garrard Academy.
The Harris Federation was invited to become sponsor of the Garrard Academy in order to accelerate its path out of the ‘Special Measures’ Ofsted category it was placed into in May 2016.
It will be the third ‘all-through’ academy in the Harris Federation.
