Salary: TLR 1b (£9,125.00)
We wish to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Head of Science. This middle leadership position is central to the development of the academy and we therefore seek to appoint an outstanding professional to this role. The successful candidate will lead a team of 8 staff, including 2 science technicians overseeing the teaching of Science through to A-Level.
We are looking for an imaginative, highly motivated and committed individual who will be highly effective in raising standards of achievement in Science. This individual will have the vision to deliver high standards whilst making a full contribution to the ethos, identity and life of the academy.
Lincoln Castle Academy is a thriving 11-18 academy situated close to the cultural quarter of the historic city of Lincoln. Judged ‘Good’ by Ofsted and oversubscribed, the academy strives for excellence, seeking innovative and exciting ways of delivering the curriculum and enthusing students.
