An exceptional opportunity has arisen to lead the secondary phase (Key Stages 3 and 4) of Hampshire’s first all-through school.
We require a leader with significant experience in whole school leadership who is optimistic, self-disciplined and professionally generous in their approach. The successful candidate will be working alongside a team of highly skilled and professional colleagues. A strong commitment to professional learning and engagement in developing educational practice is essential for this role.
The post is a significant role wherein the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Upper School/Secondary Phase as well as working alongside the Headteacher in leading and shaping Hampshire’s first all-through school. It presents a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their expertise in readiness for headship.

The Westgate Nursery marks the beginning of the Early Years Foundation Stage and we are proud of the high quality provision that children experience in this fantastic setting.
