King’s College, the British School of Alicante, an Inspired and King’s School, is seeking to appoint a passionate and pupil-centred Head of Secondary School to join us on a permanent basis in August 2022.

The successful candidate will most likely be a Head or Deputy of a smaller-sized school in the UK and will be looking to develop their career in the international market.  This is an exciting time to join our school as we roll out the International Baccalaureate to our Year 12 students from September 2022.  

KCA has a very friendly, supportive staff, conscientious and hard working student body and enjoys good relationships with parents and the local community. The successful candidate will have a genuine commitment to ensuring outstanding student experiences and outcomes and will share the college leadership team’s vision to make the school the best locally, nationally and beyond.
