In this key role, you will lead and deliver an exceptionally high standard of SEND and Inclusion provision to make a real difference to the lives of pupils and help us generate the capacity for further exciting change and development in teaching and learning within our school.
As well as being a highly motivated individual who wants to take on an important middle leadership role, you will have excellent leadership and management skills, and be able to demonstrate a firm dedication to SEND education. Furthermore, you will have proven experience of identifying, evaluating and providing effective strategies for pupils with SEND and other vulnerable groups.
