The Principal and the Board of Governors now seek an outstanding leader to succeed Mr Simon Giddings, the founding Head of Senior School, after 10 years of exemplary service. This is a unique opportunity to lead a highly successful senior school (c.560 students aged 11 to 18) into the next exciting stage in its evolution, and to contribute to the continued development of Kellett as an exceptional organisation at the forefront of international education.

Appointment process and how to apply

Kellett has retained the services of Perrett Laver to help identify the widest possible field of suitable candidates and assist in the assessment of candidates against the requirements for the role. An executive search exercise is being undertaken alongside the public advertisement of the post.

Longlisted candidates will be invited for interview with Perrett Laver during the weeks commencing 25th September and 2nd October 2017. 

The shortlist of candidates will be selected on 10th October 2017 and those shortlisted will be invited to attend a first round of interviews in Hong Kong or London during the week commencing 16th October 2017. 

Those selected to progress to the final round stages of the appointment process will be invited to travel out to Hong Kong during the week commencing 6th November 2017.

Kellett is a through train school with campuses in Pok Fu Lam on Hong Kong Island and in Kowloon Bay. The Pok Fu Lam campus is a Preparatory School (for ages 4-11 years old) in Wah Fu at the foot of Mount Kellett and overlooking Kellett Bay, while the Kowloon Bay campus houses a Preparatory and Senior School for students from 4 -18 years old. 

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage and English National Curriculum, which includes GCSEs, IGCSEs and A levels.
