Following the current Post Holder’s retirement, Mayfield is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic individual with management and boarding experience to join a forward-thinking SMT in a one of England’s leading Catholic Schools. Taking an active role in the strategic planning of the School, she or he will be responsible for leading the Sixth Form at an exciting time in the School’s history. 

The ideal candidate would have experience working in a Sixth Form environment a commitment to the education of girls and the ethos of the School. She or he will work closely with the Headmistress and senior colleagues to realise the strategic vision for the Sixth Form, including overseeing the balance between our impressive academic provision and the wider pastoral and co-curricular life of the school. The successful candidate will be expected to be involved in all aspects of Mayfield life, including teaching a reduced academic timetable. [Most curriculum subjects will be considered and accommodation is available.]
