Job overview
Due to the retirement of the current post holder, we are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader to the post of Head of Sixth Form. This will be a post with a TLR in the first instance but the right candidate will be considered for an Assistant Headteacher position in the future.
You should be an inspirational leader who:

- is passionate about raising achievement across the Sixth Form
- can demonstrate how your leadership has a positive impact on learning and teaching
- sets high standards and can raise the aspirations and expectations of all students

forward improvement
- can market and develop the Sixth Form in terms of our provision
- has strong and articulate communication skills
- is committed to developing, and nurturing the Sixth Form team of staff
- embraces technology as a tool to support learning and communication
- is an excellent classroom practitioner
