The Role 

We are seeking to recruit an outstanding teacher of Spanish to lead a thriving and highly experienced team in September 2018.   

We are looking for a dedicated and reflective practitioner with excellent organisation and communication skills.  The ideal candidate will have a passionate desire to take a lead in developing the curriculum across each key stage, working collaboratively with the existing Head of French and the Head of EBacc subjects to ensure that students receive a high quality and consistent learning experience across the faculty.  

Much time is committed to developing a wide range of teaching and learning strategies to be implemented within the subject, with a focus on a collaborative approach to planning with centralised, shared units of work and resources. As a department, we follow the AQA specification at KS4 and, at KS5, we currently offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma and are scheduled to introduce A Level courses in September 2018.  Tudor Grange Academy, Kingshurst (formally CTC Kingshurst Academy) will be joining the Tudor Grange Academies Trust from 1st August 2018.
