We are looking to appoint an experienced Teacher to lead our newly established and outstanding Specialist Resource Provision unit.

This post offers an excellent opportunity for a well-qualified, inspirational and focused specialist teacher, to work within an innovative and successful Inclusion Faculty. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated professional who has an in-depth understanding of students with Autism including related Social Emotional Mental Health. They must have a real love for their field and the capacity to use creative approaches in their teaching. We have a hardworking faculty, with a strong team ethos.

Reporting to the Line Manager you will lead colleagues in providing appropriate support for students who present with ASD and associated SEMH along with related behavioural challenges. You will work closely with internal colleagues, students and their families and build relationships with external agencies and the local authority.

Our ideal candidate will be a committed practitioner who shares our vision ‘Let your light so shine – Be the best you can be’. You will have experience of managing people, playing an active part in school life, whilst staying up-to-date of developments and legislation in your field.
