We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and versatile Head of Sport. The successful applicant will be expected to provide strategic leadership for both curricular and extra-curricular sport throughout the school.
The size of the school means that the PE department is smaller than is the case at many leading Independent schools and thus the appointee will need to be flexible in the sports they offer. The ability to teach GCSE PE is essential.
The school currently has a thriving list of fixtures in sports from football to judo and we are currently in the process of appointing a sports administrator who will be responsible for bookings of fixtures and facilities.
Small classes, highly motivated students and a stunning setting in the heart of London all contribute to making NBH Canonbury a special place in which to teach. Previous experience in the Independent School sector is not required but high expectations for children’s learning are essential
