We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Head of Staff and Departmental Management to lead provision across the four schools. Our appraisal and CPD systems have been developed extensively in recent years, and this post provides the successful candidate with an established structure which can be further refined to support our staff in improving their practice to the highest possible standards.
Our Heads of Department are each line managed by a member of senior staff, and this is an opportunity for the post holder to develop a team of senior professionals to achieve excellence in their line management responsibilities and encourage education of the highest quality.
We are looking for a candidate of the highest calibre with proven success in a leadership role. They will be ambitious and able to take a strategic role in raising achievement and inspiring young people. The successful candidate should be enthusiastic and have a commitment and high aspirations to work with the Principal, Leadership team, teaching and pastoral staff, parents and School Governors to help continue our school’s history of excellence in education.
