he Head of Student Experience role aims to ensure a high-quality student experience which leads to outstanding achievement, progression and employability outcomes for all students. The role is a vital part of the faculty leadership structure.  

The role also oversees At-Risk, Safeguarding, Behaviour, Support and Disciplinary and Attendance and Punctuality policies and procedures within the faculty to ensure the Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare needs of our students are met. 

With line management responsibility for the faculty’s Tutor Mentors, who deliver weekly tutorials and ongoing support to our students, you will lead a team with a vital role.You will work closely with the faculty curriculum teams, your faculty leadership peers and your cross college peers as you Champion and improve the Student Experience.   

The Business and Enterprise faculty is large and diverse and encompasses areas such as Business,Hair and Beauty and Hosptiality, Aviation and Travel and Tourism across a wide range of learners though your main concentration will be on full time study programme students.  This leadership role will provide a career pathway progression within our Faculties. 

Degree level qualified with a recognised teaching qualification, you will have successful leadership and management experience in education and ideally a vocational background in one of the faculties areas of curriculum as this role does include reduced teaching responsibilities that ensure as practitioners you remain at the cutting edge of delivery.
