Head of Year 10 (Interim - Maternity Cover)

We are looking to appoint an inspirational individual to join our Heads of Year. The Head of Year will lead a pastoral team to ensure that all students are achieving to their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who wants to make a difference and play a key strategic role in moving the school to outstanding across all areas.

The successful candidate will be pro-active, and hard-working with the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and outside agencies. You will also be expected to contribute to the whole school drive in promoting community cohesion.

The successful candidate must have a flexible approach and be willing to actively seek to develop own learning to enhance the service delivered. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of commitment with excellent attendance and punctuality.

In return, you will receive high quality support and CPD from expert colleagues who will coach and guide you through your professional development.
