Head of Year 9

We are seeking a passionate Head of Year 9 to join Ealing Fields High School. In this role, you will provide outstanding pastoral care, ensuring every student feels safe, supported, and valued during a pivotal year of their education. You will monitor academic progress, attendance, and behaviour, working closely with form tutors and teaching staff to promote student success. Building strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community will be central to your role. You will develop and implement initiatives that foster wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth.
