Ellesmere Park High School is a co-educational academy, part of Consilium Academies, based in Salford, with approximately 750 students on role.  Our aims as a school are founded on the values that are encapsulated by our motto ‘Vibrant, Inclusive, Proud’.

The role of the Head of Year will be to monitor, track and support all students in their year group to contribute to raising achievement, attendance and behaviour for students at Ellesmere Park High School.    

You will provide pastoral care for students and be the first port of call for parents/carers. As a Head of Year, you will work closely with Attendance and Behaviour Leads to coordinate interventions for students and tracking progress. You will lead a team of Form Tutors in encouraging pupil’s academic, emotional, and social well-being.  

The successful candidate will present the best possible example of professional standards to colleagues.
