The successful candidate will need to have the ability to offer high quality post 16 education alongside the ability to lead and manage a year group.

We are happy to accept applications across all subject areas. We are looking for a Head of Year who is hardworking, has excellent subject knowledge as well as the ability to be able to provide exceptional pastoral care for our students.

The successful candidate will be capable of inspiring students develop their passion for the subject areas, and have a firm belief in the potential of all students. You will need to strive to demonstrate, embed and uphold the school’s PRIDE core values of Positivity, Resilience, Integrity, Dignity and Equality in order to support the character development of all students
