We are seeking to appoint a Head’s Personal Assistant to join our strong team who will have excellent inter-personal skills to support and assist our families guiding them through their time at the school, and to undertake a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently and with initiative. The Head’s Personal Assistant supports the Head, SLT and Administration team in the smooth running and coordination of school administration. This role has a broad scope and would suit someone who has a superb can-do attitude with a calm confident approach and enthusiasm.

A commitment to the ethos of the school and the ability to lead and work closely as part of a team are also essential. Finton House offers a very competitive salary scale. This is a year-round post commencing ASAP.
