We are looking to recruit a Head Sister to oversee the management and strategic development of our Medical Centre. This is a key role within the school and the ideal candidate will have substantial experience of managing a small team and of change management. Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to relate to, communicate with and care for boys are essential qualities for this role. The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with experience in primary care and the treatment of minor injuries and minor illnesses. Experience of boarding school nursing or children's nursing would be an advantage.

The school is situated in Summertown, two miles north of the centre of Oxford and has 70 acres of grounds going down to the River Cherwell. The School was founded in 1864 and it has since been a Charitable Trust with a Board of Governors since 1955. There has been extensive development over the last 15 years and the School is thriving.
