The British School of Vila-Real (BSV) was founded in 1996 and is the only British curriculum, coeducational private school in the province of Castellón in Spain that provides an all through bilingual education for more than 600 pupils aged 1 to 18 years. Part of the International Schools Partnership (ISP), a growing group of schools from across the globe, BSV’s mission is to provide a broad education designed to enable all students to discover their strengths, and to make the most of their talents.
ISP is now seeking an outstanding learning-focused Head to build on BSV’s achievements to date and lead the School with drive and ambition into the next stage of its development. The appointed candidate will combine a track record of highly successful senior leadership experience with the authority and personal impact to inspire staff and pupils alike at BSV and contribute to the broader direction of ISP. The next Head will be a creative thinker and outstanding communicator, who is committed to academic excellence, promoting character development and nurturing a global mindset. S/he will be a visible leader of learning, with the strategic and ambassadorial skills to further grow the School, reinforcing its place as the School of Choice within its catchment area. British School of Vila-real provides an excellent British education from two to eighteen years old. The school offers an integral education which stimulates, motivates and challenges. British School of Vila-real is a private co-educational day school. Pupils are prepared for IGCSE and A-Levels with a wide range of subjects offered.

The Sixth Form, Key Stage 5: Year 12 and Y13
Amongst the excellent academic facilities offered there are 3 science laboratories, 3 computer suites, a large library, purpose built sports hall and theatre, 2 swimming pools and extensive sports facilities. The school has its own dining room and catering service along with an optional bus service covering Vila-real, Castellón and surrounding areas.
