As Head Teacher you will be responsible for leading teaching and learning, and maintaining excellent standards of school management within the campus across Key Stages 2 - 5. The role is supported by a National Support Office, Regional Principal and Board of Trustees.

You will:
- Have evidenced experience of raising student achievement via leadership and coaching of staff
- Have a relentless drive for improved teaching practices in the classroom
- Have the student at the heart of everything you do and lead by example

- Have a knowledge of and passion for Self Directed Learning Principles
- Have a thorough understanding of current best practice and developments in education
- Be able to manage all aspects of daily school organisation.

The drive to create learners who are self-directed is advanced at OneSchool Swaffham Campus with students having access to state of the art learning centres in both senior and primary areas and a sixth form business centre.
