About the School

The governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader to Blackmoor Park Junior School which is situated in the West Derby area of Liverpool. We are a three form entry school and the majority of children transfer from the nearby Infant School

About the Role

The governors will appoint somebody who is: 

• an outstanding communicator 
• committed to ensure that every child succeeds 
• has strong management and leadership skills 
• will lead the development of the school from its current Ofsted judgement of Good to Outstanding 
• The successful candidate will have a clear vision for the future development of our Junior school.

Personal Qualities

The successful candidate will have: 

• Senior Leadership experience within a Junior school or Primary school setting.
• Be committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Knowledge and understanding of school budgets.
