            STEEPHILL SCHOOL - HEADTEACHER

Steephill School is looking to appoint an outstanding Head to lead the School through its next stages of growth and development.

The current Head is retiring having spent 19 years growing the School into the success story it is today. The school is fully  coeducational with around 120 pupils aged 3 to 11. Established in 1935 the school has grown and developed having passed its compliance inspection in 2016 and has good/excellent inspections from ISI.

This represents a very exciting and unique opportunity to lead and further develop this family-orientated school with an excellent local reputation. Through exceptional pastoral care, inspirational teaching and an ethos of building character through leadership, Steephill School provides an education so that each child has the confidence and skills they need to be the best they can be now and in the future. 

The new Head will have the personal qualities to inspire and motivate a supportive and talented teaching staff, strong academic qualifications, previous experience of successful leadership and         management and be able to underpin this through the implementation of secure policies.
