Following the retirement of our current Head teacher, the Governors wish to appoint a new Headteacher who will take our exceptional and popular nursery school forward to the next phase of its journey.

Hart Hill Nursery School is a large culturally diverse school that sits at the heart of the local community. The school has provision for 90 fte 3 and 4 year olds and 24 2 year-olds it also offers resourced provision for a 16 children with severe and complex special needs.

The governing body are fully supportive and would like to appoint a head teacher who, as well as continuing to maximise the potential of the committed and highly professional staff team, will also carefully manage and control the budget.

The school culture is one of best practice and is involved in initial teacher training. This is based around a guiding ethos of creativity, where the love of learning is nurtured, supporting each adult and child to reach exceptional standards and realise his or her huge potential.
