HEAD TEACHER

Inspired Learning Group (ILG) is a growing group of independent preparatory schools and nurseries in the South East of England and we are looking to recruit an experienced Head Teacher from January 2019. Westbury House School in New Malden has 100 pupils aged 2 – 11.

The successful candidate will have 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Head Teacher and will be required to provide strong leadership and be dedicated to inspire children to learn and achieve their full potential. We are looking for an outstanding individual who can lead us onto the next stage of our exciting journey and build on the successes that have already been achieved.

This is a full time permanent post with a salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum plus a bonus based on the amount of revenue, level of debt, compliance and other factors which will be discussed.
