The Head Teacher we are seeking to oversee our East London Independent School (for pupils with SEMH needs and Autism Spectrum Conditions) will continue to develop our ‘Outstanding’ school and ensure the diverse needs of our pupils do not restrict their progress and achievement.

You will have:

  • Extensive experience of leading and managing schools for pupils with complex SEMH needs and Autism Spectrum Conditions
  • Extensive experience of working in special education settings where education and therapy teams work together well
    NPQH
  • Demonstrable good judgement, emotional intelligence, resilience, reliability and integrity with strong interpersonal skills
