Chapel Break Infant School is looking to appoint a new headteacher to carry on the great ethos of this school. Chapel Break Infant School is a caring, nurturing school where all children are valued as individuals and encouraged to discover, achieve and excel.


The Governing Body are seeking to appoint a visionary and inspirational senior leader, with a passion for education and learning who will continue to put the children first.

• can work collaboratively both within the school and within a wider network of professionals

• has a vibrant personality and a clear means of communicating with staff, the children, parents and governors

• is innovative, inspirational and able to motivate staff and children ensuring they feel valued and supported

• has a commitment to strategic thinking and planning to ensure the best attainment for each child

• has a desire to build upon the school’s achievements to date

• has a growth mind-set with confidence to consider and explore school improvement initiatives as well as the opportunities that may arise to seek closer partnerships in an ever-changing educational landscape.
