This is a key role both within the school and MAT leadership team, and average will just not do; we are looking to appoint a unique and talented individual who: can really make a difference from day one; is prepared to bring a bit of themselves to our MAT and prepared to try different things to achieve superb results, because nothing less is good enough for our children.
Locking Primary School is a well-resourced school set in beautiful grounds with a village school ethos where everyone works together to ensure all pupils have a wide range of opportunities and experiences to enable them to fulfil their potential, and we need an exceptional Headteacher to lead the school through its next exciting phase of development.

In terms of process, there will be a two day selection process and you will need to make sure you are available for both interview dates; Thursday 14th and Friday 15th February 2019l.
Additionally as part of this process we would want to visit shortlisted candidates in their current school environment.
