Reporting to the School’s Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the education department. As a member of the School’s Leadership Team you will ensure effective integrated working with Residential, and Therapies and Networks teams. You will nurture our specialist residential therapeutic community approach and provide the highest standards of leadership to support children to make the best possible progress.  

To succeed, you must display a record of strong leadership within an environment that meets the needs of children with social, emotional and mental health needs. Possessing a relevant qualification, effective communication skills, and a commitment to collaborative team working are essential as is a high degree of empathy and objectivity.  

We pride ourselves in the support we offer all staff through regular supervision, consultation, professional advice, and training.  

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to visit the Mulberry Bush prior to interview.
