Springfield Primary School is a two-form entry school in the Rowley Learning Trust with a friendly atmosphere and a strong sense of community. It seeks to provide all of its pupils with a happy, secure, and positive environment in which to develop their talents and achieve their aspirations.

The school, recently judged as “Good” by Ofsted, is now seeking a successful senior leader to continue and develop the excellent work of its retiring headteacher.

• Thrives on challenge and responsibility, and who is able to recognise, utilise, and enjoy developing, the talents of our strong school community.
• Keeps up to date with educational developments and initiatives, and who can work collaboratively with other educationalists and stakeholders.
