Tuggerah Lakes Secondary College, Tumbi Umbi Campus has an enrolment of 1174 students, with 3 support units and 157 students identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. Approval to teach Special Education and/or experience teaching students with complex needs with demonstrated excellence in classroom teaching practice providing quality differentiated programs.

Explicit evidence of commitment to transition processes observant of policies, procedures and practices that have led to meaningful outcomes for students and their families.

Proven ability to be a visible, accessible leader who possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster successful partnerships with key stakeholders including all staff, families, external agencies and community members.

Demonstrated capacity to work as a productive member of the executive team to initiate, lead and implement a whole school vision with an emphasis on educational inclusivity through the creation of a safe and nurturing environment that ensures every child is known, valued and cared for.
