You will have the personal qualities to lead, motivate and inspire a modern forward-thinking Preparatory school as well as strong academic qualifications, proven experience of successful leadership and management (ideally in an independent school). Whether you are currently an Assistant or Deputy Head seeking your first headship or a successful Head Teacher looking for a new challenge, you will have the drive and vision to take forward what is already a great school into a new phase of development.

Danesfield information: Danesfield Manor School is an independent school for pupils aged 2 to 11 years. Sited in and around a Victorian house in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, the school promotes traditional values in support of a complete education.
