Welcombe Hills School provides a nurturing and stimulating educational environment for 180 children and young people aged between 2 and 19 years with severe and complex learning difficulties, ASD and challenging behaviour.

The Role

The governing body is looking to appoint an exceptional Head Teacher with the drive and vision to meet the challenges of a changing educational landscape as we become part of the newly formed South Warwickshire Academy Trust.

Key Requirements

You will have a proven track record of outstanding leadership as well as the ability to form good relationships with staff, students and parents.
