The Governors at Lillington Nursery and Primary School, which is an inclusive school, wish to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic and forward thinking Head Teacher, to lead us in the next stage of our school development. Following a period of interim leadership, we are looking for someone to provide stability and build on the improvement work so far. We believe this post presents an excellent opportunity for the right individual to make a real difference to our school community.

Lillington Nursery and Primary School serves a high deprivation area in Leamington Spa, within central Warwickshire, with 326 children currently on role and a capacity of 490. It is time for rapid improvement and change. Your drive, commitment and resilience will be visible, as you prepare yourself and others to take on the challenge of leading and inspiring a community to work with you on improving the lives of all the children in the school.

The successful applicant will work alongside a leading, strong and successful local secondary school to form a collaborative MAT partnership. We see this as a real advantage to the future success of the school and its community.

We welcome applications from Headteachers, Heads of Schools/Associate Headteachers and experienced Deputy Headteachers as well as other senior leaders who can demonstrate the required skills and experience.
