An AISL Harrow School is seeking a Headmaster or Headmistress. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a newly established school with a globally recognised brand and part of a world-class, international network. Well supported by the AISL Education Group, the Head will play a critical role in driving the academic excellence of the School and building its reputation within the local and national context.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding educationalist and leader with the vision to inspire excellence in a large, newly established school and possess the cultural competence and empathy to build strong links among the wider community. He/she will have the capacity to foster a culture of continuous improvement and service within a diverse environment and enable the success of colleagues and students.

A track record of successful Headship, developed in Hong Kong, is essential, as are high levels of sensitivity to operating in a complex context.
