Windlesham House is looking to appoint an experienced, committed and dynamic P.A. to support the Headmaster and to ensure the smooth and effective administration of the school office.
This is a key role within the school and the successful applicant is expected to have secretarial experience at a senior management level, to be able to use their own initiative and to have excellent organisational skills. Personal qualities, including ability to exercise good judgement, flexibility and discretion are essential, as are the ability to communicate with a warm and open manner and to create good relationships both within the school community and externally. The role also requires strong IT skills and a high level of integrity.
Windlesham House School, established in 1837, is one of the country’s leading co-educational prep schools offering world-class day and boarding for school children aged from 4 to 13 years and is set in sixty-five glorious acres of the stunning South Downs in West Sussex.
