Falcons Pre-Preparatory School for Boys, in Chiswick is currently looking for an organised, enthusiastic and efficient PA to the new Headmistress, Liz McLaughlin.
The post holder will be a member of the staff at Falcons School for Boys and will hold responsibility for the administration of the school as delegated by the Headmistress. The role requires the ability to work in a busy school environment with experience of working efficiently under pressure, of prioritising, taking initiative, and providing administrative support within the school setting.
Experience of working within a school environment is beneficial. The successful candidate will be expected to have strong administrative, secretarial and IT skills along with excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Previous experience of school procedures and administrative systems would be an advantage. It is desirable that the candidate has experience of using SIMS. Training will be provided if required.
Falcons Pre-Preparatory School for Boys is a non-selective independent day school for boys aged 3-7 based in Chiswick, London. Academic excellence is at the forefront of every child’s learning experience and every boy should leave our Pre-Prep as a well-rounded, confident and resilient individual. The school delivers a fast paced and stimulating curriculum including a wide range of clubs, sporting activities and educational visits which enhance learning for our pupils.
The pro rata salary is £23,279 - £27,159 per annum based on a full time salary of £30,000 - £35,000 pa.
