Falcons School for Girls is currently looking for an organised, enthusiastic and efficient personal assistant to the Headmistress. The successful candidate will be dynamic, will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be able to build relationships with children, staff and parents.  

The Role 

This is a really exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, supportive and caring person who works with equal efficacy both independently and as part of a team. This position will be a varied and busy role and would suit someone kind, highly organised and with a great eye for detail.  Experience of working within a school environment is beneficial. The successful candidate will be expected to have strong administrative, secretarial and IT skills along with excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Previous experience of school procedures and administrative systems would be an advantage. It is desirable that the candidate has experience of using SIMS. Training will be provided if required. If you can work using your own initiative and are experienced in a wide range of administrative duties you are encouraged to apply.
