Following the promotion of two of our Heads of Year to the Senior Leadership Team we have exciting opportunities to recruit new Heads of Year to our team. These are important roles which often provide a stepping stone to the Senior Leadership Team.
St Catherine's College is part of a growing trust called DCAT (Diocese of Chichester Academy Trust) currently part of six academies. This offers the opportunity of career development and which can provide experience of cross phase working across the academy trust for those who relish new challenges.
We seek candidates with drive, energy and enthusiasm for these roles. With respect to the teaching timetable, we especially seek applications from candidates who are able to teach Geography, MFL, Mathematics, English or Science. The Head of Year responsibilities are listed fully in the job description but will include Progress, Attendance and Behaviour. The role will also require the candidate to play an active role in the spiritual and worshipping life of the College.

We are St Catherine's College. We are a Church of England Academy that has children at the heart of everything we do.
