We are seeking to appoint a strongly motivated individual with the vision and energy to progress St Osmunds to 'Outstanding' in every way. We are keen that your drive and ambition to raise standards, will progress our current rating from 'good' (2016) to 'outstanding'. The successful candidate will be a practicing Catholic with a strong personal faith, who ideally brings experience from a variety of educational backgrounds. With a deep commitment to the ethos and vision of Catholic education, you will be expected to collaborate with the Diocese, follow their guidelines and participate in Diocesan activities.
As a one form primary school, St Osmunds needs a headteacher who is loyal, nurturing and who celebrates everyone's success. Your excellent communication skills should inspire, challenge and motivate both children and staff. You will be met with a warm and happy welcome at our uniquely placed school in the heart of Barnes Village and will be supported by an enthusiastic team of staff and an active Governing Body.
What we are looking for:

Our pupils are well motivated, confident and friendly; they enjoy learning and love coming to school. We have parents who are proud of the achievements of the children and we are fortunate to be part of a warm and welcoming Parish served by Monsignor Canon James Cronin. Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
