An opportunity for an exceptional Infant School leader to continue to develop and grow a ‘good’ school within a forward thinking and collaborative Multi Academy Trust.

We are seeking an excellent Headteacher to provide leadership of an eight class Infant School in Paulton, a town set in the Mendips, within ‘striking distance’ of Bath, Wells and Bristol and with beautiful countryside on its doorstep. 

Paulton Infant School is part of The Partnership Trust, a supportive group of like-minded schools who share a vision that all children enjoy their learning, make outstanding progress and can confidently take their place in a changing world.  

The successful candidate will be inspiring, supportive, caring, approachable and energetic, someone who has outstanding communication skills and a strong track record of leadership within Infant education. They will share the ambition of the staff and Governors to create an engaging, exciting and nurturing environment in which the school’s happy and enthusiastic children can flourish and will make a real impact on ensuring that Paulton Infant School is the top choice of school within the local area.
